Following his training Dr Garcia was chosen from a wide pool of applicants to complete a Residency in Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery at the Colombia most prestigious program: Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. Integrated Program of Plastic Surgery (Hospital Militar Central- Hospital de San José) in Bogotá.
