Hyaluronic Acid

It is a substance that is found naturally in our skin, it helps retain water and add volume to the face. Over time, our body loses the ability of producing and regenerating this molecule resulting in visible signs of age as wrinkles and furrows.

How it works?

It involves the application of a hyaluronic acid injections on the area to be treated such as, wrinkles on the forehead, furrows or crow´s feet, softening them immediately. A single treatment may achieve natural results in an instant.

Which areas can be treated?

The hyaluronic acid can be used in various ways to rejuvenate multiple areas of the face, these includes, 

• Nasolabial furrows, which are created from the nose foundation and go downwards the corners of the mouth. This is one the most popular uses of Hyaluronic acid.
• Perioral lines (Barcode lines - smoker’s lines). These fine lines are located around the mouth caused by muscle contraction, activities like smoking get them worse.
• Marionette lines: They can be seen starting from the corners of the mouth towards the chin, like a vertical line. It gives an aging appearance.
• Filling and lip augmentation: hyaluronic acid is perfect to increase lip volume and improve its definition.

Depending on each case, the effects may last from 6 to 12 months.
